Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled ride time to receive a full refund. - If you cancel within 72 hours, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule less than 72 hours before your ride, a 10% late rescheduling fee will be applied to your booking. - Rescheduling within the 72-hour window is subject to availability and cannot be done directly on the website. - Please call us at 352-958-9722 or email sales@ranchoreposo.net so one of our representatives can assist you with your request. Weather & Tour Manager Discretion - If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather or at the discretion of the Tour Manager, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. - If you are unsure about weather conditions, please call ahead. We will also contact you if we need to cancel, so please make sure we have the best phone number to reach you. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your ride may be canceled without refund. - No-shows and last-minute decisions not to ride are non-refundable. At Rancho Reposo, we prepare both our horses and our team for your visit. These policies ensure a respectful balance between your plans, our staff’s time, and the wellbeing of our Friesians.
